Shipping and Handling

Bulk Orders

Our primary shipping service is UPS Ground and normally takes 5-7 business days from coast-to-coast (USA), often sooner depending on availability.

Shipping and Handling fees are calculated when the order is placed, based on the weight and size of the packages.

Payment is due prior to shipping. Large orders will require a non-refundable deposit.

Delivery Time

We do our best to ship items out as quickly as possible. Delivery Time is dependent on 2 factors:

1. Availability — All products are produced and/or stored at our store in central Pennsylvania, therefore most items will ship within 5-7 days, with larger orders taking a bit longer.
2. Location — The distance from our store in central Pennsylvania to the delivery location will impact delivery time.

You will be notified by phone or email if shipping date is delayed beyond 10 days.
