NO REFUNDS or RETURNS are available for food items, except in the case of damage during shipment.
While we make every effort to carefully package your purchase to ensure its safe delivery, occasionally products may be damaged during shipment.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at 570-966-4650.
Your product is insured for safe delivery via United Parcel Services (UPS), therefore, we MUST comply with UPS Damaged Package Claims Process to qualify for product replacement.
- Packages MUST be opened and inspected within 24 hours of delivery.
- If damages occur, Green Ridge Country Market will file a claim with UPS.
- All packaging and damaged items must be available for inspection by UPS, if required.
- UPS will notify the shipper (Green Ridge Country Market) regarding Claim authorization or denial.
- If the claim is authorized, we will replace the damaged products ONLY. Usable, undamaged and unopened products will not be replaced.
Please allow 7-10 days for UPS ground shipping of replacement items.
